POST-TREATMENT CARE
How to Care for Yourself After Filler Injection

Avoid touching or applying pressure to the treated area.
Avoid massaging, scratching, or excessive touching after treatment to help the filler settle naturally.

Avoid heat and direct sun exposure for 48 hours.
Avoid saunas, steam rooms, and prolonged sun exposure, as heat may increase temporary swelling or redness.

Avoid active skincare products for 2 weeks.
Avoid products containing AHA, BHA, Retinoids, or other exfoliating ingredients that may irritate the treated area.

Avoid alcohol and smoking for 1 week.
Alcohol and smoking may increase swelling, bruising, and delayed recovery after treatment.

Stay hydrated.
Drinking sufficient water may help support skin hydration and overall post-treatment recovery.
COMMON POST-TREATMENT SYMPTOMS
Mild swelling, redness, bruising, or tenderness may occur after filler injection. These effects are generally temporary and typically improve within several days, depending on the individual condition and treatment area.
To support recovery, avoid touching or applying pressure to the treated area during the initial healing period. Most individuals are able to resume normal daily activities shortly after the procedure.
